Inside this spacious home you'll find a beautiful upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and attached master bathroom (you can change the bed to a smaller one if you like or add a crib you need, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom can comfortably fit up to a queen size bed with two side tables and lamps, but that is up to you. Configure these rooms as you need. On the third floor is the bonus 4th room, that can be configured as a bedroom or workout room or a second office.. Downstairs is a formal office with attached 1/2 bathroom just outside in the hall. Just a reminder, we can customize any of the bedrooms to any configuration you want - we have plenty of everything, we can put whatever beds you prefer, make one a workout room or a second office. Your choice just let us know.
The newly remodeled kitchen provides all of the conveniences you'll need during your stay. We have stocked it with new stainless steel appliances, dishes, serve ware, and drink ware. There is a single bar stool at the counter for someone to grab a quick bite but we do have a dinning room table that seats 4, and the lounge area seat 6. The laundry room is on the same floor as the bedrooms with a full size washer and dryer are available for your use if needed.
This home's garage can easily fits two cars plus storage and has an EV Charger. The front driveway can handle 1 car as well plus there is plenty of street parking.
Our spacious furnished rental offers every imaginable convenience we could think of to ensure you and your family, friends or guests have a great stay. There are several televisions set up in the home, including a 65” LED TV located in the family room/lounge, a 32” in the downstairs office and a 45” in the master bedroom.
* Please Note: The price includes a $300 credit towards electricity, $100 towards gas and $100 towards water. If you use more we will be billing you or your credit card on file.
* We do meet you during the check-in process, to ensure that you understand the use of everything and everything is 100% to your satisfaction.
* We do require that you have read and signed our Long Term Rental Agreement at least 3 days prior to your arrival. This is located on our website calivrmanagement. It does require that you create a separate login account and that you enter your information which will then be automatically added to your Long Term Rental Agreement.
* If paying by credit card the CARD MUST BE IN THE RENTER’S NAME/THE GUEST SIGNING THE CONTRACT (NO EXCEPTIONS). The renter must sign this agreement and must submit a Government ID that matches the name on the credit card. We CANNOT ACCEPT third party payments
