TAE's Muyil Casita is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (sleeps 4) that has a separate living room, kitchen and work area. The bedroom features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, a mini split air conditioner, closet space, ensuite bathroom with shower and a computer desk/workspace and high speed internet for those that "work from home :)." It is perfectly setup for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals. In the living room there is a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, a 32” TV, Sofa and coffee table with extra seating so total seating for 6, There is a fully stocked kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove top electric cooker, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plate/bowls and a fold away high top dinning table with 2 bar stools. Some other amenities include A/C for Kitchen and Living Room (Additional Charge), ceiling fans, first aid kit and much more. We also provide purified drinking water, tea/ coffee, organic shampoo and shower gel, beach/pool towels (additional deposit/fee) as well as regular towels, bed linen and blankets.
Muyil Casita de TAE es un apartamento de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño (para 4 personas) que tiene una sala , una cocina y un área de trabajo independientes. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama Queen, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado mini split, armario, baño privado con ducha y un escritorio / área de trabajo para computadora e Internet de alta velocidad para aquellos que "trabajan desde casa :)". Está perfectamente configurado para alquileres nocturnos, semanales o mensuales. En la sala hay una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce al balcón, un televisor de 32 pulgadas, un sofá y una mesa de café con asientos adicionales para un total de asientos para 6 personas. Hay una cocina completamente equipada con refrigerador, microondas, estufa eléctrica, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, vasos, platos / tazones y una mesa de comedor plegable con 2 taburetes. Upstairs we have a common area roof top lounging area that features a BBQ, lounge chairs and other amenities so you can relax after a long day exploring. Casita Muyil is your home in Tulum. There are only 5 casitas in this complex, each with its own unique character.
We are readily available to ensure your comfort however the cleaning fee you paid in advance when you booked the place is for after your departure. Cleaning during your stay is not included and is available upon request for an additional fee of 750 pesos. When you arrive the bedding and towels are clean, fresh and ready for use however additional sheets, towels and laundry (of your either bedding, towels and/or clothing) is not included. Fresh towels and sheets are available upon request for an additional fee. Your personal laundry can also be done for an additional fee. A 5 gallon jug of purified drinking water is available in the room when you arrive. However additional 5 gallon jugs of drinking water is not included and available upon request for an additional fee. We want to ensure you have the best stay in Tulum. We are local to the area and know the best offerings. We will gladly book you a tours or activities or rent you an E-Bike! Just let us know your needs and we will take care of it at no charge to you. We love this area and want to share all it has to offer with you!
We do offer additional air conditioner in your casita/apartment just let us know and we can install it for you. It does require an additional fee of $20 us dollars/$$400 pesos per day. We also have beach towels, beach chairs and beach coolers for use. They do require $$500 peso deposit each for use and you will get $$300 pesos back when you return the items.
We are also a company - Tulum Area Experiences (tulumareaexperiences) and offer local tours/experiences, E-Bike rentals and vacation rentals. We are happy to help organize you an excursion and/or an experience of lifetime. There are several cenotes nearby (a cenote is a natural fresh water pool with caves for snorkeling or diving) and the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Muyil are within a 10min drive.
